NeuroFam operates on a prepayment basis. Due to the nature of coaching, consulting, educational services, workshops, group programs, and marriage intensives, clients agree that payment is required in advance of services being rendered unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

By purchasing, enrolling in, scheduling, or participating in any NeuroFam service, the Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the selected service according to the pricing and payment terms provided at enrollment.

For services offered through payment plans, the Client agrees to remain responsible for the full contracted amount regardless of attendance, participation level, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, relationship status changes, or the decision to discontinue participation prior to completion.

The Client acknowledges that NeuroFam begins incurring costs and allocating resources immediately upon enrollment. Such resources may include scheduling, administrative support, preparation time, program development, materials, reserved coaching capacity, technology expenses, community access, and other operational commitments made in reliance upon the Client's enrollment.

Because coaching availability, program capacity, and professional time are reserved specifically for enrolled participants, payments are generally non-refundable once enrollment has been accepted.

If a Client fails to make payments according to an agreed-upon payment plan, NeuroFam reserves the right to suspend services, revoke access to programs, courses, communities, materials, or coaching sessions until the account is brought current.

Nothing in this Agreement obligates NeuroFam to continue providing services while a Client account remains delinquent.

NeuroFam may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to these policies in extraordinary circumstances. Any exception granted in one situation shall not create a precedent or obligation to grant similar exceptions in future situations.

If a Client fails to make payments according to an agreed-upon payment plan, NeuroFam reserves the right to suspend services, revoke access to programs, courses, communities, materials, or coaching sessions until the account is brought current.

Accounts that remain unpaid for more than thirty (30) days beyond their due date may be assessed a reasonable late fee. The amount of any late fee shall be determined by NeuroFam and shall comply with applicable law. The assessment of a late fee does not waive NeuroFam's right to pursue collection of the outstanding balance or exercise any other remedies available under this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement obligates NeuroFam to continue providing services while a Client account remains delinquent.

The Client remains responsible for any costs associated with collecting unpaid balances, including reasonable collection costs, attorneys' fees, court costs, and other expenses where permitted by applicable law.
